This is one of the biggest mistakes I made that made quitting take 6+ years. Hopefully it helps you avoid the same suffering. In order to quit vaping for good, you have to change the beleifs and thoughts you have about yourself. That means that you will have to startt to think and believe things that someone who doesn't vape thinks and believes.
Remember that your thoughts create your desire to vape. In order to remove desire, you have to learn how to change your thoughts. It is simple but not necessarily easy.
