This is part 1 of debunking the myths that keep people vaping. Remember that your desire to vape is a result of believing things about vaping that create a false desire to use it. In order to quit for good, you are going to have to look at the thoughts that make you want to vape and question them with curiousity and love for yourself.
Judgement and a closed-mind will never lead to behavior change. You can only ever do this work from a place of genuine curiousity.
It isn't my business to tell you not to vape. But, it is my business to help you find your own Truth.
