Initial note for the podcast:
Meditation is not the goal of life just like business isn’t just like sports isn’t just like anything else isn’t even having kids or being in a relationship none of it is the goal of life! It’s all part of life. When I talk about practicing meditation or as I would prefer to call it “sitting down shutting up and not moving for a bit” is about accessing or achieving a certain state because you can, because you have the ability to do so! Because you are iam we are human we are a capable of this thing called meditation or transcendence, it’s a possibility is this form that we are in, so when I talk about it it is just about that I feel like if I want to live fully I have to practice it I have to benefit from that practice I have to go to that state to that unknown destination consciously otherwise I feel like life is a circle of the same lovely shit! Survival and procreation, and improving our tools of survival and our space of procreation is not enough for me as an understating of life that’s why meditation, or better that’s why “sitting down, shutting up, not moving for a bit”…more in the podcast. “THE TALK”: a 2 hour meditative audio journey with me that represents the inner dialogue we have during meditation (sitting still, shutting up, not moving for a bit) and in other everyday actions.
