POSTCAST: Joel Embiid drops 30pts in 23mins, Sixers blow out Grizzlies!

The 76ers beat the Memphis Grizzlies 116 to 96. The game marked the Sixers fourth win in a row and Joel Embiid’s third game back from a meniscus injury. The reigning NBA MVP scored 30 points and pulled down 11 rebounds in just 23 minutes of play. Sixers head coach Nick Nurse took Embiid out at the 7:08 mark of the third quarter and thanks to the dominance of the Sixers’ reserves, never had to put him bead back in the game.

Kelly Oubre and Nico Batum came up with clutch shots to keep the Grizzlies at bay in the 3rd quarter, while Jeff Dowtin Jr, Trequavion Smith and K.J. Martin all helped the Sixers’ bench outscore their Memphis counterparts 45 - 22.
