Now see if you can reflect on,
All that happened today.
So let your breath relax you,
And bring you deep inside,
As it slows with every exhale,
Melting you open and wide.

Breathe…
Slower and slower it flows.
Breathe…
From your head to your toes.
LONG PAUSE…
This moment is so special,
A chance for you to be,
One with your true nature,
Open, honest and free.
PAUSE…
Reflect on all that happened,
And how you felt throughout.
How did you feel joy today?
When did you feel doubt?
PAUSE…
What did you learn about yourself,
How can you now expand,
The lessons within these happenings,
Are here to understand.
PAUSE…
Who was super sweet to you,
And to whom were you kind?
Who brought a smile to your face?
And to whom were you blind?
PAUSE…
Feel your body filling up,
With gratitude and with grace.
What blessings you have all around,
Right in front of your face.
LONG PAUSE…
Perhaps this day was actually tough,
And felt like a really rough ride.
Maybe there were moments that hurt,
You were in pain and cried.
PAUSE…
Maybe you felt the building up,
Of so many stresses today.
Maybe they are way too heavy,
You feel depleted and gray.
PAUSE…
Bring the millions of heavy thoughts,
To this precious moment now.
As you reflect, you can see,
They all disappear somehow.

Breathe…
Slower and slower it flows.
Breathe…
From your head to your toes.

Now feel your body covered,
In blankets of love and light.
