We also discussed the growing trend of interim work and how professionals can safely transition to gig work, with Joe providing several excellent examples that I am sure will clarify the importance of keeping this alternative way of working in the pipeline, especially as we reach our 50s and 60s. And we finished our chat discussing the importance of LinkedIn for career progression, and Joe shared his interesting 3-prone strategy on how to use LinkedIn to improve reputation and reach.
