Purdue Falls to UConn in Championship Game. Dave Revsine and Stephen Holder Join!
(00:00-29:43) – Query & Company opens on a Tuesday with Jake Query, Jimmy Cook, and producer Eddie Garrison sharing their thoughts on the Purdue Boilermakers losing last night to the UConn Huskies. They dive in on the dominance of Zach Edey this season and again last night. Finally, they applaud the coaching job that Dan Hurley has done the last two seasons.
(29:43-42:25) – Jake brings us back from break and congratulates all the winners in our numbers game and preview what could be coming during the month of May for the Indy 500. Additionally, Jake and Jimmy discuss last night’s One Shining Moment and the history of it.

(47:51-1:15:14) – ESPN.com’s Stephen Holder joins the program to discuss his latest story on Anthony Richardson and how he is approaching year number two as the potential franchise quarterback of the Indianapolis Colts. He also weighs in on the trade last week pertaining to Houston acquiring Stefon Diggs, states that the Texans are in a different place right now than the Colts to make a move like that and previews an upcoming story that he has coming out.
(1:15:14-1:31:15) – Following their conversation with Stephen Holder, Jake interrogates Jimmy about the soccer jersey that he has on today. It leads to Jake pestering Jimmy about his soccer club of choice and trying to figure out what club Jake should root for.
(1:31:15-1:33:06) – Jake and Jimmy close out the second hour of the show by revealing which team Jake should root for based off the quiz that Jimmy did on Jake’s behalf.
(1:33:06-1:59:26) – Big Ten Network’s Dave Revsine joins Query & Company to discuss last night’s championship game. Jake and Jimmy ask him about the suffocating defense that UConn played to limit Purdue’s three-point shooting, what it would have meant to the Big Ten if Purdue would have won last night, applauds the professionalism and class the Purdue had after the game in the loss, and the tournament struggles for the Big Ten when it comes to actually winning the NCAA Tournament.
(1:59:26-2:16:27) – With John Calipari announcing that he will be leaving Kentucky for Arkansas, Jake, Jimmy, and Eddie reveal who they think Kentucky should look to lead its basketball program. Jake states that there is going to be some issues with trying to find a personality that fits Kentucky basketball.
(2:16:27-2:24:02) – Today’s show ends with Jimmy sharing his JCook Plays of the Day and Eddie sharing a bet he likes. Additionally, Jake, Jimmy, and JMV discuss last night’s Purdue game and who will get drafted first between Kel’el Ware or Zach Edey.
