Our guest, David Greene, host of the BiggerPockets Real Estate Podcast, real estate investor, and author of 5 books, including the best-seller titled Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat, says you need to focus on saving your money, making more money, and investing in the best place you can.
