NO FISA NO WAY

Congressman Andy Biggs says Speaker Johnson has simply acquiesced to the Intelligence Community (IC) in his desire to pass FISA reauthorization. For seven years they served together on Judiciary where Johnson voted to remove FISA authority. For seven years the IC lied to Congress and lied to the American people. Biggs believes they’ve leveraged Johnson with fear, telling him blood will be on his hands if there’s a terrorist attack. And he believes them.
