Although Katie Zornes hasn't struggled with alcohol use, she knows a lot about depression and negative self-talk, which so many of us are intimately familiar with.
After weighing as much as 400 pounds, Katie lost 200, only to gain 100 back -- and when her health began to decline again, so did her sense of self-worth.
Thankfully amid the darkness of her despair, Katie had a revelation where her perspective changed and she was inspired to do 22 hard things in 2022.
In this final episode of Season 2, Katie and I discuss the following topics, and more:
