Happy Earth Day! I know, everyday is Earth day ( we love you, Gaia!) Yet, while the attention is on it, it's a good time to speak to the ways that we can connect with, honor, embrace, and celebrate our beautiful Mother and our time here on Planet Earth.

On this Divine Feminine solo episode I share my thoughts on the gift that is being a soul incarnated on this planet experiencing all the glorious gifts it has to offer. The elements, music, food, dancing, music, sex, nature, explorations, landscapes, love, and all the infinite joys we tend to forget or overlook. I also offer some ways to connect & commune with nature & the Earth including forest bathing, sun gazing, earthing, moon walking among others. This life of Earth is a precious thing, lets savor the moment while we're here.
