Late last week, workers at Volkswagen voted in a union for the first time, joining the UAW. It was a historic vote for a number of reasons; over 70% of the employees chose to vote Union Yes, and they did so in one of the most union-hostile places on planet Earth – the state of Tennessee. Could this be the beginning of a labor resurgence in America? We think so, and today’s guests think so, too. We are joined by Labor Historian Erik Loomis and Owner/Editor of “The Holler” John Russell.
