Ryan Poles and his right-hand man Ian Cunningham appeared confident and optimistic as the Bears held a press conference Tuesday before the 2024 NFL Draft. David Haugh and Dan Wiederer react to what we heard. Confidence is great, but we hope the front office doesn't think the Bears' rebuild is over yet. There's definitely still work to do. Also, while Poles didn't tell us the Bears' plan is to draft quarterback Caleb Williams, he certainly didn't say anything to make us think otherwise.
