Murray Kinsella joins Gavan Casey after a trip to Galway to check out the work Connacht are doing both on the ground and on their Dexcom Stadium.

The lads also discuss Steven Kitshoff's signing for Ulster which has finished abruptly due to his season-ending injury, and the galling blow to James Hume who had been enjoying a good season on the personal front.

Murray and Gav chat about both of those provinces' soon-to-be-announced recruitments of young talents from Leinster, and they also look ahead to Leinster's visit to the Stormers as well as Munster's clash with the freewheelin' Lions.
