Wisconsin Sharptails, dancing for survival

Mike Amman invited me to watch a sharptail lek from a ground blind, and to help set up live traps, with the hope of getting a radio collar on a bird that will help The Wisconsin Sharptail Grouse Society to keep this remnant population on the path to flourishing and expand their range.
