Episode 560: James Steele's campaign of terror and Ireland's new anti-stalking laws
A stalker whose campaign of terror helped forced Ireland's politicians to change our laws is back on the streets after being released from prison.
James Steele was driven out of Arbour Hill prison on Thursday after serving a five year sentence for harassing and threatening to rape Cork woman Una Ring.
During his trial, the court heard how Steele turned up at his victim's home with duct tape, rope and plastic gloves.
Niall speaks with Sunday World news editor Eimear Rabbitt about James Steele's campaign of terror and Ireland's new anti-stalking laws.
