New Year, New You? Intentional Practice for 2020
You know that saying "new year, new you?" As we've entered this new decade, I see so many around me adopting new goals, principles and resolutions and what I've realized with myself is if I want anything to change in my life, it starts with me. It starts with having a positive outlook on life and actually anticipating positivity from 2020. I want to share this intentional practice that has completely changed the way I approach new situations and if you're looking for a practice that could really change your life, from the inside out, then you'll definitely want to tune into this episode. I'm breaking down exactly what it is, what it looks like in my life, and how you can start incorporating it today, no matter where you are at.
