Criminal cases opened against 26 municipalities for sewage spills
The Department of Water and Sanitation has opened 36 criminal cases against 26 municipalities across the country for sewage spills. The Department says it opened criminal cases against municipalities for repeated sewage spills or failing to comply with government clean-up directives.
