E134: Q&A Thursday - How to Build A Hormone-Friendly Breakfast in 15 min or Less
Send us a text
Who needs a little help with breakfast? As cliche as it sounds I really do think it's the most important meal of the day, so today I'm giving you the template I use to create a hormone-friendly breakfast with plenty of ideas + tips to make it happen quickly.
A hormone friendly breakfast is going to have whole foods, plenty of protein, and the right, nutrient dense carbs to keep your bloods sugar balanced and keep you satiated and full of energy until it's time for the next meal - not looking for coffee or a sugary snack just to get you through the morning.
Getting the right breakfast is one of the most simple ways to give your body those signals of safety to shut off fight or flight and help your body prioritize hormone balance.
