Reneilwe Morema reports on the corruption caused by tender systems awarded to incompetent individuals like Edwin Sodi, who squandered over R300 Miliion worth of tender contracts which was meant to fix a water plant in Hamanskraal and leaking sewages in Free State amongst other projects. The failure to deliver these services in these provinces caused a cholera outbreak leaving more than 30 people dead.
