Coach Heather coaches members on how to bust through their diet mentality to reach their goals and gives them some questions to journal on:
1. What foods have I been thinking are bad or cause me to gain weight?
2. Is this just diet thinking or have I actually experimented to see if I CAN eat these foods (with doable hunger) and lose weight?
3. How often am I giving myself permission to eat these foods now?
4. How often do I WANT to give myself permission to eat these foods?
5. Is there a difference between your answers to #3 and #4?
6. What am I going to plan to eat this week? When?
00:17:00 Alexandra (Sascha) says that she's lost a lot of "mental weight" but hasn't really lost any physical weight.
00:36:00 Tammy has some "life things" happening and she is about 10 lbs away from her goal weight; she thinks getting there is going to take restriction.
