Question 1: Am I losing weight in an overall downward trend?
If yes, go to the pathways page and take the pathways quiz to choose your next content focus WHILE continuing to do all the things you are currently doing for your weight loss.

If your answer to question 1 is no, then return to the No BS Course and listen to the section that will help you in the area that you find challenging, or take the entire course again and take notes. The third time you go through the course, ensure you use the worksheets, too! This is NORMAL to do this. Applying the strategies you learn in the course takes repetition and lots of practice in applying them to your weight loss journey and in the day-to-day moments.
