Join the No BS Coach Heather as as she helps you come up with the doable protocols for vacations, weekends, pool days, and gatherings that will keep you on track with the 4 Basics all summer long!
Coach Heather uses the questions below to help No BS members design their own protocols:
1. Identify the problem that is in the way of your weight loss results? (this is the topic of your protocol)
2. What specifically needs to change to get a better result?
3. Identify exactly what you need to do and/or not do to accomplish the desired result? Make your best guess.
4. Identify obstacles.
5. Your plan to overcome them.
6. Can I use my Accountability partner or group to help me with this? How?
7. Helpful things to think and do.
8. This will NOT help me:
9. This is when I will assess how the protocol went and if necessary, revise the protocol for next time.
10. This is how many times I think I’ll need to practice my protocol to see results?
11. This is why I won’t quit.
