Being ok with uncertainty is a difficult thing. You struggle with wanting to control how and when things will workout or the timing. But in this struggle it creates disharmony…stress and fear. What if you could accept the unknown, tolerate or even embrace the uncertainty of life….
The intention of today’s healing meditation is to accept the unknown ... .reduce your stress and anxiety and make peace with not having control over things.
Let’s invoke…calling forth your Spirit, Angels and Guides…to surround you and support you creating safety… as you learn to accept the unknown ... .place any special intentions in your heart and mind now…..and so it is and so be it…..
Find a comfortable position lying down and gently close down your eyes……
We begin with the breath… simply notice it…without changing or regulating it…..
Notice the inhale.. and the exhale….the pause between the inhale and exhale…..
Where does the breath feel more prominent in your body…..notice without judgment….be curious and excited…..
Move your awareness of the breath to your nose… notice the tip of your nose ... .air touches the nostrils cool ... .and exhale the warm air…
Lets regulate the breath now……with the lips closed…. Breathe in…and hold it……now open the lips and blow out of the mouth….. Do this 5 times long and slow……LONG PAUSE
As you continue to breathe deeply…………allow your body to relax completely…….
Feel the weight of the day melt away……..sinking deeper into a state of peacefulness and serenity……..
With each breath…….you become more present in this moment……. letting go of the past and the future…….PAUSE
Using your inner vision……Imagine what represents the situation of what's bothering you…..
You may see a question mark…..or a path divided in front of you…... .or perhaps you see the scene of the problem……..
Now find your breath…..it may be uncomfortable since we brought up this feeling….but keep noticing it……
Remember we are seeing it in the inner eye…….your inner vision…….PAUSE
You may not like this feeling…but keep breathing and noticing it moving through your body……
Now……bring your awareness to your heart center…….. Feel the rhythm of your heartbeat…… steady and strong…..
You are steady and strong…….you have made it through hard times…..you can do hard things…….
These phrases help you……they encourage you to lean on the past and reflect that you are ok………you will always be ok…….
Your body now feels less and less tense and restricted……..
It feels warm…..soft and relaxed………..
Your breath has changed too…..it is deep, slow and soft……it feels good…..
You begin to accept the unknown with courage and grace………
Like the feeling of standing on the shore of a vast ocean…….looking at the horizon….PAUSE
This is the source of your courage……your resilience…..your inner strength…….
With each beat…….you are reminded of your innate power to face whatever challenges may come your way……
As you stand on the threshold of the unknown…….keep acknowledging any feelings of fear or uncertainty that may arise within you……..
Allow them to surface without judgment…….knowing that it is natural to feel apprehensive when stepping into the unfamiliar……..
Take a moment to honor these emotions, embracing them with compassion and understanding………
