The Journey to Miss Universe with Solange Tuyishime Keita
From refugee camp to Miss Canada, Solange Tuyishime Keita, a trailblazing advocate for children, shattered barriers as the first woman of color to win Miss New Brunswick and the first New Brunswicker to claim the national title. Leveraging her platform, Solange became a UNICEF Canada Ambassador and used her Miss Canada scholarship to pursue a Master's in Public Administration. For over 15 years, she's championed children's rights globally, raising over $3.4 million to empower women, save vulnerable children, and provide clean water to millions.
Solange joins Susan Hobson & Rob Kalwarowsky from Elite High Performance to talk about her journey from refugee camp to Miss Universe, how we can overcome imposter syndrome and achieve our biggest goals.
