"As a very first step, talk to somebody. I know it's hard; it's like a stigmatized topic. Find someone you can really trust and who can sympathize with you. Not saying something like what doesn't kill you makes you stronger. Because I think what doesn't kill you causes you burnout", says Paula Liub.
