Carolina Panthers OTA Observations | Eddy Pineiro's absence, Bryce Young's footwork, Jaycee Horn's new approach

The Carolina Panthers began the final phase of its offseason on Monday morning as a three-week OTAs period began. Notably absent from OTAs was kicker Eddy Pineiro. Of course, this period of the offseason is voluntary but Pineiro was also missing from the voluntary minicamp last month. Julian Council discusses what he believes is going on with Pineiro. 

With the start of OTAs, Bryce Young is finally able to begin in earnest his work with Panthers head coach Dave Canales. Canales detailed on Monday what he's focusing on with Young over the next few weeks.
