Dr. Laurel Mellin is is a health psychologist, New York Times bestselling author, and founder of Emotional Brain Training. She developed EBT during her 40 years as a professor in the School of Medicine at the University of California, San Francisco. Her work has received awards from the American Medical Association and the US Department of Consumer Affairs.
