However, doing good can help us overcome resentment, forgive others and ourselves, and ultimately find fulfillment and peace even amid life's greatest challenges.
Meet Azim Khamisa, author and peace activist in San Diego, California. In 1995, his 20-year-old son Tariq was murdered by a 14-year-old gang member. This tragic event prompted Khamisa to establish the Tariq Khamisa Foundation to promote nonviolence and prevent youth violence.
