Today we're broadcasting live from Midland as they're getting set for the Dow Championship, which is only a few weeks away. Throughout the show we were joined by some of the great people connected to the Dow Championship, and we talked a lot of Golf as we were joined by some of our great insiders. We kicked off the show talking with Bill Hobson from Michigan Golf Live. He and Huge talked about how great the Dow Championship and Meijer LPGA are, talked about all of the great Golf throughout the State of Michigan, and more. We wrapped up the hour with Wendy Traschen who is the Tournament Director for the Dow Championship. She filled us in on some of the changes they've made, told us about what the Tournament will have to offer, and much more. We kicked off the second hour talking a little more about the Dow Championship with Wendy Traschen. We were then joined by Grant Boone from NBC to talk some more Golf. He and Huge talked about the great Tournament's Michigan has to offer, and more. Huge was then joined by Brad Tunney from our sister station 100.9 The Mitt to talk more about the Tournament, talked about how the Dow Championship helps support the community, and more. We were then joined by Rex Hoggard from the Golf Channel. He and Huge talked about some of the PGA storylines going around, got an update on Scheffler, and more. We wrapped up the hour with Tim McCullough from the Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort in Mt. Pleasant. He filled us in on all of the great shows and promotions they have to offer! In our final hour we were joined by Mark Wilson who is a PGA Rules Official. He and Huge talked about all of the great Golf that we'll be able to experience in the month of June, talked about the US Open happening next week, and more. We were then joined by Whit Watson from the Golf Channel to talk about both tournament's in Michigan. He and Huge also talked about the growth in Women's sports, Whit told us about some of the rising star's on the LPGA Tour, and more. We wrapped up the broadcast with Carlos Padilla from the Dow Sports Marketing team. He joined us to talk about the Dow Championship coming to the Midland Country Club in a few weeks, talked about the reason for the name change, the brand new trophy, the connection to the community, and more.
