Appreciate the magnitude of all that you’ve accomplished

This is the very last episode of the Daily Encouragement, and I want to leave you with a message of appreciation. I want to draw your full attention to the work you’ve done this school year and the impact you’ve had. 

When you practice stepping back to see the big picture, you will start noticing all the small wins and celebrating the light bulb moments. You’ll find yourself getting back in touch with the reason why you entered this profession in the first place. You’ll start to realize what a tremendously important job you are doing every single minute of the day. And then you’ll be able to reframe how you view your work.
