It's summer time! That might make you excited or feeling a little chaotic due to all the schedule changes. To help with the chaos, today I'm sharing some simple habits your kids can implement this summer to help teach them some responsibility, encourage movement and outdoor play instead of screen time and so much more (I'm covering habits hacks for elementary, middle and high school age kids!)
