ALL THOSE PEOPLE FAILED TO INTERVENE SO I WANT TO CHARGE ALL THE REST OF THOSE OFFICERS WITH FAILURE TO INTERVENE! JUST TO MAKE AN EXAMPLE OF THEM - WHOEVER THEY WERE NOTHING PERSONAL BUT YOU SHOULD HAVE F* INTERVENED! MAYBE WE SHOULD CHARGE ALL OF YOU WITH ANIMAL CRUELTY 🤔 INTERESTING POINT I'LL THINK ABOUT IT I just had a great idea for @joebiden!
