What should I eat? When should I eat it? How much? These are all questions I am asked multiple times a day. The majority of the population has the desire to change their body, yet somehow we keep getting bigger and bigger. Why is this? Nutrition starts in the head. While short term diets, challenges and detoxes will no doubt yield results, most of these are unsustainable.
