6-17-24: CMS Lays Out Strategic Plan

Breaking Brett Jensen kicks the show off by talking about CMS's terrible track record with an average of one third of their schools failing and continuing to ask for more tax payer money to fund their failure. CMS pushes students through who struggle with basic math and reading with no plan on how to improve the education they provide to the community. They announced their 5-year plan today that is full of big promises and distinctly lacking in terms of a plan to achieve these goals. 

Later in the show Brett discusses today's public forum that allowed for concerned citizens to share their thoughts on the Panthers' proposal with Charlotte City Council members. The final vote on the Panthers' proposal asking for $650 million from the city will be voted on next week.
