He talks about how he was inspired to start working with the trades after helping with the aftermath of 9/11 working to help side by side with tradesmen and first responders. He talks about the growing skills gap when it comes to the trades, working with the AWS to help inspire the next generation to consider welding, and a new foundation called the Skilled Trades Advisory Council that he is helping to get up and running to provide funding and scholarships to people looking for a career in the skilled trades.
