Dean continues to take calls as he provides advice on replacing an older roof and a/c installation. 
Dean suggests to plant trees to help create shade and how transpiration works to help cool the air around the area by simply having trees. Dean talks about the different types of sprinklers and a simple adjustment to the irrigation system can make a difference with water conservation in SoCal. Dean says to use water and use it wisely (no wasting water) Have to keep it green and cool by having it filled with plants and trees.
