Ronan O’Hora, Head of Advanced Performance and Keyboard Studies, and Matthew Jones, Acting Head of Chamber Music, join us to talk about the upcoming Chamber Masters concert here at the Guildhall School. We discuss the concert itself, performing alongside colleagues, and the constant learning experience that is live performance.
Ronan and Matthew will be performing two masterful chamber works - Dvořák’s Piano Quintet and Beethoven's Ghost trio - alongside alongside Guildhall School colleagues Andras Keller and Pablo Hernan Benedi on violin and Louise Hopkins on cello in a special concert as part of our Faculty Artist series.
The Chamber Masters concert will take place in the Milton Court Concert Hall at 7:30pm on Monday 31 October. Tickets are available from the Barbican Box Office (https://www.barbican.org.uk/music/event-detail.asp?ID=20061).
