Amy Tenney is a Natural Health Practitioner (NHP), yoga, breathwork and meditation instructor (RYT 500). She loves learning and sharing about how the body, mind and spirit are integrated. After her own diagnosis with autoimmune Hashimoto's, she learned how to support her body through nutrition, mindset, balancing hormones, adrenals and detoxing from heavy metal exposure. Through holistic approaches, she has been able to put Hashimoto's into remission, and has learned a lot about healing and holding space for things outside her control.

She teaches how breathwork plays a role in mental health, as a calming strategy and tool for anxiety and depression, and how it can benefit physical health and our immune system, blood pressure, blood sugar, atheltic endurance, and detoxifying fat.
