In society we are trained to keep striving and pushing for our goals ... .but do you ever slow down and reflect on them…..It is easy to keep looking forward ... .but it is just as important to be proud of your accomplishments and revel in them….
The intention of today’s healing meditation is to pause and reflect on what you have accomplished and be proud….to give yourself the respect and love of where you are today.
Let’s center…calling forth your Spirit, Angels and Guides ... ..to protect, guide and cheer you on…they see all that you have done..they are proud and want you to be proud as well. Set any intentions you may have….for the highest and greatest good….
Get yourself in a comfortable and safe space….
Place your body in whatever meditation state you like….
Be in harmony and peace with your body…
It’s important to find what works for you……PAUSE
Gently close your eyes…follow the air into your nostrils….. into your belly….. filling up your lungs….slowly let it out…
Feel the escape of the air…..let go…take 3 more deep breaths into your nostrils into your belly….. filling your lungs and slowly releasing it…..one more time…..
With each breath you are more and more relaxed…PAUSE
Adjust your position…
We are celebrating you today…….
You have impacted this earth greatly with your beauty and aliveness …..
Just by being you…….
Picture yourself in one of your favorite accomplishments…where are you….. who's with you..
What smells are around you…bring that image and sense…. in deeper…
Feel the strength of this….strong…. happy …..proud….feel it fill you up
Feeling all of those emotions big and small………
Now…….. think about what makes you unique…….
Your talents…….your perspective……your experiences…….these are all parts of what makes you….you.
Imagine yourself standing in front of a mirror……looking into your own eyes……and recognizing the beauty of your individuality……..
Embrace it….. celebrate it…… and let it shine……PAUSE
The great accomplishments you have achieved are to be celebrated …….
You…… you did that… not anyone else…
Not some famous person…your friend….. sibling…parent or child but you….
You have the ability to achieve greatness…….
Keep allowing the mind to go from this memory to another time of accomplishment…
Where are you this time…..PAUSE
Smile….relax… nothing but this matters right now…
Let everything else go…
This is your moment …feel it….. cherish it…..
You are safe……
You are calm and at peace….
You are amazing… ….divinely amazing…….PAUSE
Notice your breath……long and slow….
This is you……cherish this moment and all your accomplishments
Now reflect on a significant obstacle you've faced and overcome………
It could be related to your struggle with a bad or destructive habit or any other challenge that tested your limits………..
Acknowledge the courage it took to face that obstacle and the strength you displayed in overcoming it…………..
Feel proud of yourself for navigating through it and coming out stronger on the other side…….PAUSE
Take a deep breath………long exhale….as you ponder this…….PAUSE
