They also share some thoughts on the game last night between Team USA and Canada. Finally, Jake starts a conversation as to whether there should be concern that Bennedict Mathurin isn’t on Canada’s roster.

Additionally, he discusses the uncertainty surrounding how good Purdue football could be this season, tries to figure out who will be the top receiving option for Hudson Card, and shares his thoughts on how Zach Edey performed in his first Summer League game.

(49:30-1:20:18) – The IndyStar’s Zach Osterman joins Query & Company to provide the Indiana Football preseason storylines underneath Curt Cignetti’s first season, explains why the offense should be better this upcoming season compared to last year’s atrocious offense, examines the nonconference schedule for Indiana basketball because of how weak it appears when looking at the names of the school specifically, and explains how some power conference teams could get around a strong non-conference schedule in basketball to make their resume look better because of analytics.
(1:20:18-1:30:57) – Jake continues making his push that the New York Mets intentionally put the letter “M” in its logo. Then, Jake and Jimmy discuss the upcoming Fan at the Back 9 Golf and Entertainment Center event that is a week away from today. Finally, Jake shares some of the things that he took away from his visit at the Indiana Donor Network headquarters from this morning.
(1:30:57-1:38:42) – Jake and Jimmy close out the second hour of the program by discussing the role that Tyrese Haliburton played last night because Jake thinks it could remind him at what made him so good the first half of last season.
(1:38:42-2:10:29) – Scott Agness from Fieldhouse Files and 1075TheFan.com joins Jake Query & Jimmy Cook to shares his thoughts on the way Tyrese Haliburton performed last night against Canada for Team USA, believes that it was a big deal that the entire team was in Las Vegas for the game last night, what kind of role he expects for Bennedict Mathurin and Andrew Nembhard next season with everyone potentially healthy, and his thoughts on the Indiana Fever losing yesterday against the Washington Mystics.
