Orioles roster moves: Colin Selby, Dillon Tate, Burch Smith

The Baltimore Orioles made a small shakeup to their bullpen on Thursday, sending Dillon Tate down to Triple-A and promoting RHP Burch Smith. They also acquired RHP Colin Selby in a minor trade with the Kansas City Royals.
