Leaning Into Trust and Letting Go of Doubt w/ Ashmi Pathela
This week we have the wonderful Ashmi Pathela on the show. Ashmi is an artist and author who left a thriving career in Silicon Valley to follow her heart. During her travels, she experienced an awakening that showed her a new way of being – from forcing, to allowing... from doubt, to trust – discovering the magic of aligning her life with her soul essence.
In this episode we dive into Ashmi’s path from silicon valley exec to writer, author and healer. She explains how she used to be paralyzed by judgment and how she alchemized that fear through sharing her words with thousands of people… How synchronicity and magic started showing up when she started following her heart and how the Universe supports us when we learn to trust. Ben and Ashmi go through the Fear Alchemy process, exploring Ashmi’s self worth regarding her family situation, and reach a powerful breakthrough at the end of the episode!
Ashmi’s book, Awakening the Heart of Humanity, is a tribute to this unprecedented time of global awakening. She writes and supports others on the journey back to their hearts on Instagram: @ashmi.path. Her book, online ceremonies, and artwork are available on her website: www.ashmipathela.com

FEAR - Khalil Gibran
It is said that before entering the sea
a river trembles with fear.
She looks back at the path she has traveled,
from the peaks of the mountains,
the long winding road crossing forests and villages.
And in front of her,
she sees an ocean so vast,
that to enter
there seems nothing more than to disappear forever.
But there is no other way.
The river can not go back.
Nobody can go back.
To go back is impossible in existence.
The river needs to take the risk
of entering the ocean
because only then will fear disappear,
because that’s where the river will know
it’s not about disappearing into the ocean,
but of becoming the ocean.
