Navigate vs. Pursue: How Christian Women Do Business Ep 260

As high-achieving women, we're really good at getting things done. We pursue a mission or project to see it through to completion. Often our pursuit is to our own detriment. And we navigate business the way we've been taught by our mentors, those we admire who have achieved the levels we desire. But to follow Jesus is to be fully surrendered and all in for Him. To allow him to take the wheel and be our Great Positioning Shepherd, our GPS, to allow Him to guide us, which is different than the world shows us. We navigate with humility, obedience, and putting aside our "great" for His best. This is why I'm excited to share the change I've made to the subtitle of this show: from "pursuing success" to "navigating success." Being a Christian woman, daughter of the king and a follower of Jesus, and allowing the Holy Spirit to have his way day in and day out in our business and in our work looks different than the way everyone else navigates the world of success, the world of business, the world of corporate life.
