This week the boays are joined by rapper Bemz. Inaugural winner of BBC Introducing’s Scottish Act of the Year, Bemz explains how his hip-hop career started in the unlikely setting of Stranraer, discusses the buzz of playing festivals including Reading & Leeds and the main stage at TRNSMT, and gives his thoughts on the Kendrick-Drake beef. Plus, Bemz recounts how he got his break online after remixing a song about a Scottish Premiership star, discusses the gig he and Marc done together in the Gallogate, and covers his journey from working in a jewellery shop to sharing a bill with Killer Mike from Run the Jewels.
You can see Bemz headlining the M4 festival at BAaD (Barras Art & Design) on Saturday 3rd August. Tickets here: https://www.ticketweb.uk/event/m4-festival-baad-tickets/13369634?pl=gigsinscotland
