Who is Mamoon Yusaf

Mamoon is a spiritual coach. He is best-selling author of Inside the Soul of Islam. He focuses on the Muslim or Sufi spiritual path as a spiritual coach. He also does spiritual teachings that are universal and open to everyone.

Is there spirituality in religion?

Spirituality has no labels, yet nowadays, different religions have different labels. Most religions fail to focus on the present moment and forget that God is ever-present.

Why doesn’t Mamoon use the term universe?

Mamoon believes that everything that exists within time has a beginning. The universe exists within time. It, therefore, has a beginning. Everything that has a beginning has a cause outside of itself, and since the universe exists within time. The universe has a beginning. The universe, we can therefore conclude, has a cause outside of itself.

Mamoon also believes God is the supreme Being.
