When the recession hit his business in 2009, Sean knew he had to go back and re-evaluate his career path. He had to go back to the drawing board and find a new job. According to him, being a CEO of a retail company with 50 employees does not get you the right profile. What was worse was he was rejected by many companies as they don’t think he is a right fit for them.
With this firsthand experience in job hunting, Sean turned the difficulties he experienced into an opportunity that will change his entire career. Sean Fahey took the lessons from his journey and launched Vidcruiter in 2012.
