Your Attitude is Everything with Daniel Tolson
Daniel Tolson was diagnosed with a linear sequential learning disability at 11. He could not learn as fast as other kids, and he had a rough time in school. When he got to high school, he dropped out because he couldn't keep up with other children in school.
Thankfully during the time he was receiving treatment for his condition, Daniel had developed a positive attitude that drives him to date.
When he dropped out of school, his uncle asked him to join him in real estate. Again, thanks to his attitude, he became successful in the industry even without education.
Later, Emirates Airlines gave him a job to co-lead a team of 17,000 cabin crew, and they didn't care that he didn't have an education.
Today he joins me on the show to share his incredible journey and some golden nuggets of wisdom. Listen in to learn more.
You need to ask for help
Businesspeople go all in and get to a stage called the founder's trap. They can't grow the business past who they are. The super-intelligent ones bringing external help have no ego about it.
Asking for help is a sign of strength. For instance, look at someone like Jeff Bezos. He has brought in 800,000 people to help him build his business.
The three types of motivation
Daniel believes there are three types of motivations:
Daniel's inner superpower
According to Daniel, his inner superpower is resilience. He has been through so much in life, but every time he falls, he rises like a phoenix.

Quotes:
"The people that I work with are highly intelligent. They know that asking for help is actually a sign of strength."
"If you're not growing at least 20 to 30% per year, in any economy, you're going backwards."
"All humans are lazy, and we should build businesses, and processes that are simple to use. If you can do this, then you can automatically succeed."
"Simplify, leverage, accelerate and multiply. If we do that, business just grows consistently."
"One big reason why people don't succeed in selling is because they can't get past the fear of rejection, and 99% of the adult population hate criticism, they hate rejection, and then they don't have the resiliency to roll with the punches."
