Spenser Brassard is the author of the new book, Fertile Ground: A Mind Body Approach to Getting Pregnant Without It Taking Over Your Life and host of the top rated podcast of the same name, which has more than a half a million downloads. She is the creator of Fertility Mind-Body Mastery, a program that shows women how to harness the power of the mind-body connection to get pregnant.
Harvard researchers have found that when women use the mind-body connection, and have emotional support from a circle of friends, this increases the likelihood of conceiving by 55%. Spenser brings this evidence-backed method to her clients.
Spenser’s program includes education on how your thoughts impact your physiology, as well as coaching, community, and support for women as they ride the highs and lows of the TTC journey. Clients call the program “life changing” and “the greatest gift you can give yourself.”
After working with Spenser, 70% of women get pregnant within one year of working with her. The 30% who aren’t pregnant (yet) experience a shift in perspective and feel more peace, patience, and trust with the process.
Spenser is a certified life coach trained by Martha Beck, best known for being Oprah Winfrey’s personal coach. While navigating her own fertility journey (eight years of trying to conceive and no baby) Spenser felt a strong pull to work with TTC women and help mamas find their babies. For her, coaching is more than a career, it’s a calling.
She’s been married to the love of her life for 13 years and together, they’re raising their two boys.
