Did you know that there is no place you cannot get to with the right mindset? Meet Cody Dray! He has a wealth of hockey knowledge as well as in business. Cody played junior hockey in Ontario and took his career to Europe for a short professional career before starting ISM in 2017.

Cody became the youngest certified agent in North America in June 2018 at the age of 22. In 2019 Cody also was certified by the Finnish Hockey Players Association to work in the Finnish Elite League (Liiga). Also, he is the president of Import Sports.

Cody’s biggest heartbreak in entrepreneurship was when a significant client left them because he felt Cody and the company were not helping him enough.

He got certified by one of the player’s unions. It’s not the NHL one, he was the youngest person ever to get that, which is a success, but it’s not the NHL one.
